You are right, I know it's all about getting out of the "habit" of eating to fill time or just because something looks or smells good. I'm bigger than food and it's not going to control me.
I'm going to take measurements and pictures tonight. This morning I pulled a size 10 dress from my closet as a reminder that I will soon be able to fit it, with room to spare. You keep up the good work. I know you feel great taking off another 13 lbs, keep it up!
