Yes, I am halfway to my goal! I missed posting over the weekend. I am really bad about getting on the computer over the weekend. I try to stay as far away from the computer as I can. As I mentioned b4, I sit at the computer all day during the week, so I look forward to the break.
I went to Red Lobster on Saturday, with a few friends and managed to stick to the the hcg diet. I chose the grilled fresh fish of the day with asparagus (no butter or oil)....yum! I did resist the hot buttered biscuits that they continually bring to the table. They looked & smelled so gooood! :)
Each time I thought about how good they smelled, I looked down at the size 12 jeans I was wearing! Amazing!
How 'bout this...someone was lecturing me...saying that I should be careful about losing "too much fat" because I might have a heart attack. I do appreciate their concern but I couldn't resist schooling him by saying that I am not losing the structural fat that protects my organs but abnormal/excess fat. eh em!
