Here's what I ate:
B: 1/2 grapefruit
L: fish soup with tomatoes
S: apple
D: chicken & green salad
lots of water and tea

Any loss is a good loss. Hey... we're almost at the same weight & have the same weight goal! I'm at 162.1 today. For some reason I love to see that. It feels like a club within a club :) Great job!

Come on 150s is RIGHT! Here we come!
